Case Study: Aashi Went From Revenue Rollercoaster To Predictable Income

What specific results have you achieved?

Since working with Greg, I definitely was able to accomplish the two things that I had set out to do. One was to reduce the overwhelm in my business and my life, and two was to get more predictable income in my business.

In terms of the overwhelm, I can't believe that I have had more financial success in my business with putting less hours a week into the work I'm doing because we've set up so many systems, so many metrics, there's so much more organization in what I do. And so the feelings of overwhelm have completely gone, and in fact, my weeks are shorter. I'm putting a lot less hours into the business.

In terms of the financial success, which was an added bonus, not only have I gone from the big roller coaster to just the small waves, but I've also increased my revenue by about 20% since I've been working with Greg. So the ROI has been huge. And that was a really big added benefit. I really just wanted to get back to predictability. I didn't anticipate having more financial success in my business.

What was the experience like?

In terms of how I got the results working with Greg, I think this falls into three major things that I did and we did together to get these great results.

One is really honing in on my conversion rate. We got so specific with it that I know how many lead calls I need that translates into clients, and that formula is one that I have been working for many, many months on, and it's solid. We really got it down to a formula and it completely works. I do certain things in my marketing. I generate a certain number of leads. That translates to X number of clients per month.

The second thing is, and this was alongside working individually with Greg as well as joining his program Weeks That Work, which was a really good parallel for me to do both at the same time, was getting down metrics in my business and really looking at those metrics and putting in the data every week. And that keeps me really accountable to getting those leads and converting those leads into clients.

And then the third is Greg calling me out when I didn't do my homework. I didn't do what I committed to doing when I had excuses or things were coming up, but I was repeatedly committing to certain action items and wasn't getting 'em done. This goes back to Greg being really direct and bold, yet in a kind and non-judgmental way.

Would you recommend working with Greg?

If I hadn't worked with Greg, I would still be pretty overwhelmed putting in long, long hours in my business. I probably would still have the roller coaster of financials coming in and out of my business. And so overall I would be unsatisfied. I wouldn't have the joy and the satisfaction I feel right now by having predictable income by having a business that doesn't feel so overwhelming, one that I can do in less than a 40 hour work week. It's been remarkable. I can't imagine where I would be. I'd be exactly where I was a year and a half ago.

I think where Greg can really help and helps well is when you as a business owner understand that you're going to have to set certain systems in place, certain processes in place, have some organization, understand how important certain metrics are to your operation. If you are kind of the go with the flow type of business owner, you probably won't enjoy working with Greg as much. And I would also ask, is that really a successful model for you to be in?

I've seen a lot of business owners, coaches, consultants, who are great at their craft, but not so great at establishing the structure and discipline that they need in their business. And Greg is an ideal coach for helping to do that. So really think of Greg when you want to take your good business to great and outstanding.
